I ate a lot today. Lots of snacking. It was a really stressful day at work and food was my comfort. Ack! Old habits die hard..
Breakfast: hard-boiled egg, 2 muffins, tea
Lunch– I was famished! salad (lettuce, peppers, carrots, chicken, avocado) and pomello
Snack: 2 muffins, apple with sunflower nut butter and a homemade fudgsicle
Dinner: leftover coconut milk chicken curry dish I made up, grilled zucchini, carrots
