Day 19

Breakfast: none
Snack: none
Lunch: sautéed calamari in butter and coconut oil and pomelo. Dark chocolate and warm banana bread with melted butter
Snack: more banana bread and pomelo
…and then I made (grain-free/sugar-free) Snickerdoodles …….and ate tons!!!!!!! (stress)
Dinner: some grilled beef from a Korean restaurant and red wine… which reminds me- where is the kimchi I bought? I should have served that with it..?

And where were the veggies???
